Our Staff
Home Health Works has a staff of 45 to 50 home health caregivers, consisting of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, home health aides, companions, and live-in caregivers - all bonded, insured, and licensed by the state of Florida, and screened with extensive background checks.

Areas Covered
When you request our home care services, our director of nursing, who oversees all of our home care staff, will work with the patient and physician to make a medical assessment and recommend the level and type of home care needed. Our home health caregivers will visit any home, nursing home, or assisted living facility within Pasco or Pinellas County. Additionally, all of our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Catering to Patients' Needs
Patients are generally matched up with the home health caregiver with whom they would be most comfortable, and each patient has an opportunity to meet his or her home caregiver to be sure he or she is right for the situation.

If a patient has a special request, we meet that need to ensure the patient's satisfaction. In short, we cater to our patients' needs. Our large number of staff makes possible almost any type of accommodation.
